Scarlet Wireless is a highly specialized Telecom services company focusing on four main areas, RF (Planning, Design, Drive-Testing & Optimization), Packet Core consulting, EF&I (BTS Installation & integration) and DAS/Small Cell integration.

Our Education offerings include Preschools and Afterschool programs:

Rosewood Academy blends both traditional and Montessori learning methods to go beyond normal daycare to provide a rewarding childcare experience.  Ideal for children between 6 weeks and 12 years of age; our method help’s develop critical early childhood skills that ensure each child has the opportunity to: explore, learn, create, and grow. Rosewood locations are in Carrollton, Frisco and Dallas.

iCode is not your typical education space. As we teach computer science and robotics, we equip young minds with the skills to think critically, solve problems logically and imagine endless possibilities. We are moving past old school teaching methods and are committed to offering the best learning experience for kids, teenagers and even adults. Serving as an educational incubator, we allow enthusiasts the time and opportunity to design and develop their best ideas into viable solutions; mentoring and providing funding to bring ideas to the market.

Abid Abedi launches Adea, Inc. Adea was initially launched as a Software Development company focusing on disrupting the Tax Software industry by writing next generation Tax software logic that was ahead of its time.

In mid-1996 Abid did what is commonly known today as “pivot” where a startup shifts its original business strategy or plan and quickly moves to more of revenue generating model and flourishes. This shift came about during Y2K and the dotcom frenzy era, which elicited a demand for talent acquisition from all over the US. Thus Adea’s successful consulting business was born.

Adea aquires Netkraft

Adea acquires Netkraft a SEI CMMI Level 5 provider of outsourced software development, systems integration and application maintenance services based in Bangalore, India.

Adea ’s expands offices to include Fairfax, VA, New Brunswick, NJ and European locations in Paris, France, London, England, Hamburg, Germany and Zurich, Switzerland.

 Managed Staffing spun off from Adea.

Adea was sold to Valtech and Managed Staffing moves to new corporate location.first Rosewood Academy opened in Carrollton, Texas.

Managed Staffing achieves over 300% growth since 2007

Rosewood Academy – a preschool service children from 0-5 years old is opened in Carrollton.

Managed Staffing acquired United Commtel and renamed it Scarlet Wireless and second Rosewood Academy opened in Frisco, Texas.

Scarlet Wireless provides RF Engineering, integration services and network optimization and testing services.

333% Growth in first year for Scarlet Wireless and third Rosewood Academy opened in Dallas, Texas.

Scarlet Achieves 333% growth whilst adding T-Mobile, Cisco, Huawei to client base.  Scarlet Wireless expands corporate office to accommodate new staff.

Managed Staffing spins off Managed Staffing PS, (Payroll Services) to focus on providing quality and affordable payrolling services to Fortune 1000 companies.

 Canadian Operations opened for Scarlet Wireless

Scarlet Wireless realizes a 61% growth and opens a new office in Canada while adding Nokia Siemens Networks and Alcatel Lucent as clients. 

Scarlet Wireless is a SMU Dallas 100 award winner.  Saju Korah joins as General Manager and Leslie Pelley joins as Controller.  Meanwhile Scarlet Wireless relocates its center in India to a larger facility.

 Scarlet experiences phenomenal growth of 60%.

iCode formed

iCode a afterschool program to teach computer science and robotics to school age kids is formed.

Mexican operations opened

Scarlet Wireless acquires majority stake in Mexican based Wircom and starts RF services in Mexico under Scarlet Wircom.
